Product Marketing Manager (As-a-Service)

Join us as a Professional Services Marketing Manager on our Dell Technologies Services Marketing team in the US (open to: Hopkinton, Massachusetts; Austin, Texas; or remote US) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

Joining a growing team, your responsibilities will include creating messaging, positioning, and leading marketing activities designed to increase sales opportunities for as-a-service offers. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with our Professional Services portfolio development specific to Cloud operating models, XaaS infrastructure solutions, and managed services. This strategic role is critical to the overall Services go-to-market efforts and our as-a-Service evolution.

You will:

  • Lead the creation of outcome-based Professional Services marketing deliverables for as-a-service offers

  • Integrate Services core positioning and messaging into APEX offers

  • Create sales training and marketing programs for assigned Services

  • Drive worldwide Services/solution positioning, messaging, and marketing materials to achieve maximum effectiveness

  • Collaborate on press/analyst guides, presentations and press/analyst tours for launches

  • Work closely with high levels of management, across functions and externally to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and cross-functional goals

  • Build relationships with external customers, partners, executive management, press, and industry analysts

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience with 3+ years of Services marketing and/or sales experience

  • Excellent marketing skills, especially in storytelling, positioning, and driving demand

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence others to achieve results

  • As-a-Service marketing expertise, with a focus on the technical requirements to deliver customer success

  • Proven interactions with customers and sales regarding as-a-service offers and their value to the customer

  • Advanced ability to work effectively with senior management

  • Ability to lead through rapid growth and change

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/communications or relevant professional experience

  • Experience in marketing Cloud or other XaaS solutions

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
