What You’ll Achieve

We’re in search of an experienced product marketing leader for our Dell Financial Services marketing team, with 30 team members globally supporting a fast-growing $10B business in originations. Our DFS marketing leader will own end-to-end marketing for all payment solutions and APEX Custom Solutions, inclusive of product, and field marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for all messaging, demand gen, sales enablement, and customer- and partner-facing content for payment solutions. They will possess a customer-first mindset with functional knowledge of marketing for financial services and consumption in the IT industry, and be a transformational leader with global experience capable of driving change in organizations at scale.

You Will:

  • Provide leadership, vision, and operational direction for 30 team members globally supporting a $10B fast-growing business

  • Shape and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for all payment solutions and APEX Custom Solutions across product, campaigns, and field marketing

  • Own crafting or, driving all messaging, demand gen, sales enablement, and customer- and partner-facing content for payment solutions

  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and develop messaging for the DFS portfolio and APEX Custom Solutions that resonates with our customers and target markets

  • Drive transformation and change management globally, with a demonstrated track record of leading change at scale

Essential Requirements:

  • 18+ years related experience or equivalent education/skill; must include 10+ years in a product marketing leadership role within an IT infrastructure, financial services, payment solutions, or closely related industry

  • Experience leading a distributed organization in a large global company

  • Proven track record of driving success via compelling messaging and innovative marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of consumption-based models and marketing within the financial services IT industry

  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills across spectrum of customers, partners, influencers and executives

  • Highly organized and successful in making aggressive deadline commitments and meeting them

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline; MBA preferred
