Senior Infrastructure Automation Developer

As a Senior Infrastructure Automation Developer, you will work with other network and engineering teams is a secure, reliable and adaptive DNS environment within Dell Technologies data centers, private and other public clouds to deliver and deploy advances DDI (DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management) solutions in a global enterprise environment.
You will:
Build a new infrastructure automation platform to support one of the largest online retailers on the planet and drive the innovation and evolution of Dell Technologies global load balancing and DDI platform
Support the design, deployment and operations of a large-scale global Hybrid cloud computing environment
Consult on network solution and architecture design process development, participate in code reviews and serve as a subject matter expert on software development projects for network automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop milestones and deliverables
Lead the development of new process playbooks, documentation and procedure methodologies
Provide guidance and mentoring for junior engineers

Essential Requirements
12+ years in industry (or equivalent skill); must include 5+ years working with Linux/Unix (open source software) and Docker or similar containerized environments
Excellent Ansible and/or Python coding skills ; must have experience developing and deploying code at scale to support a global infrastructure platform
Experience with REST API’s
Strong knowledge of Git and Ci/CD pipelines and processes
Have a passion for new technologies
Desirable Requirements
Experience and background in NetOps environment advantageous
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm
Working knowledge of full proxy Load Balancing (F5, AVI / NSX-ALB)
Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) platforms
