What you’ll achieve
You will manage all global day to day activities within New Products Planning. They are responsible for these objectives, People Development, Leadership, our Customer Experience and Global NPI Financials. You will also be engaged with global, regional leadership & their teams on process alignments, documentation, and implementing new & sustaining process flows throughout Dell Technologies Services for NPI Planning.
Lead and provide guidance on forecast accuracy while balancing CE and Financial goals
Be responsible for meeting global financial goals which requires financial acumen across all regions
Ensure global seed stock meets the criteria against Country Sell To Lists (CSTL) guidelines for accuracy to ensure external and internal customers are supported
Lead dialogue with Planning & Procurement teams to ensure material deliveries are in line with program launch dates
Interlock with Services cross functional teams on service readiness for program releases
Review New, Unique, Different & Difficult (NUDD’s) programs with Service stakeholders and identifies incremental cost to the Supply Chain
Oversee discrepancies found within the product hierarchy relationship from part to platform and drives back upstream to core teams
Lead advanced data analytics in partnership with our Data Science teams, which is used to drive upstream complexity opportunities with Serviceability Eng., WWSPM’s & PG
Provide guidance and drives strategies on new forecasting techniques
Lead projects which drive reductions in spend and improve customer experience within the product life cycle
Oversee continuous improvements in tools used to forecast NPI and ensures planning requirements align with the vision for digitization transformation

Minimum Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study
Alternate Minimum Requirements: Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree
Minimum Experience Requirement: 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Project Management with MBA
Alternate Occupation(s) Acceptable: Will accept 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Project Management
