Play an active role and own multiple workstreams in critical projects to improve our global, end-to-end supply chain. Own multiple stakeholder relationships to develop solutions and influence change. Drive key strategic initiatives for the organization, guiding small, focused teams. Conduct stakeholder interviews. Plan and facilitate workshops, identify and structure problems, create hypotheses and execute analysis. Translate data into meaningful insights, present recommendations to key decision matters. Work with top executives across the organization and influence senior level thinking.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Demand Planning Management, Planning Coordinator, Logistic Consultant, or related occupation OR
Master’s degree Engineering, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Strategic Consultant or related field of study plus 1-2 years of experience in the job offered or 1-2 years of experience as a Demand Planning Management, Planning Coordinator, Logistic Consultant or related occupation.
Strategy consulting; complex analytics and synthesizing actionable recommendations;
Project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall; MS tools such as (Excel, Visual basic, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Advanced analytics, modeling techniques such as Monte-Carlo simulation, linear and multivariate regression models, simulating basic supply chain scenarios.
