Product Marketing Consultant

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Product Marketing within Dell Technologies Services plays a crucial role in offer launches and sales enablement.

Responsible for the North America services offer portfolio, Product Marketing will oversee a roadmap of dozens of offers to deliver optimal value to customers and will articulate value proposition to counterparts and sales makers. This role will make budget recommendations, define roadmaps and inform content themes. Interacting directly with internal customers and stakeholders and utilizing relevant synthesized data, they provide Product teams with important game-changing feedback from the market and from sales.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for ways to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the organization.

You will:

  • Be responsible for driving, explaining, launching and training for dozens of services offers in your offer category

  • Drive awareness of new business and customer development strategies across teams at Dell Technologies

  • Partner with a cross-functional teams to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the market

  • Use data and collaboration, along with industry best practices to optimize marketing strategy

  • Exercise strong problem solving skills and work cross functionally to resolve issues, make proposals, build business cases to support proposals and effectively manage healthy debates

Essential Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing roles

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product marketing or brand management

Strong analytical/ financial acumen

• Ability to work on own — a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit

• Strong management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment

• Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders
