Sr Product Marketing Manager, Offer Enablement

Location: Remote, US

Join us as a Sr Product Marketing Manager with a focus on sales and partner/channel enablement for offers under Project APEX, a Tier-1 initiative to transition Dell into the world’s leading IT as-a-Service provider.

On the as-a-Service Offer Marketing team, we drive the messaging and content to bring these offers and solutions to market. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for driving all enablement activity across our Infrastructure and Solution Services. Working with offer leads, you will own the creation and delivery of clear, dynamic, and effective sales-facing content and training materials, empowering the field to have impactful customer conversations. In close collaboration with cross functional teams you will coordinate planning of trainings and programs to ensure field readiness. Finally, you will help define what good looks like by identifying key KPI’s and tracking and reporting on progress and enablement success.

What you’ll achieve

  • Lead the creation and delivery of sales enablement content and training materials across Infrastructure as-a-Service offers

  • Collaborate with Portfolio, Learning and Enablement, Field and Partner/Channel marketing teams to create end-to-end field readiness plans, including for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches

  • Work closely with product management, technical marketing engineers, and sales to understand product strengths, market conditions, and competitive advantages.

  • Define, track, and report out on progress/measurements of enablement success for Project APEX IaaS offers

Essential Requirements:

  • 15+ years of related experience in product marketing in the business-to-business IT/Tech space, including experience in Infrastructure as-a-service

  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating complex technical topics to a variety of audiences in clear, compelling, and innovative ways

  • Experience creating enablement for and working closely with enterprise sales teams

  • Someone who takes initiative, can deal with ambiguity, create clarity, inspire confidence and work well collaboratively across multiple functions and teams
