What you’ll achieve
The TSB Delivery Principal works on one to multiple Telecom accounts with large, complex Telecom Transformations and is responsible for designing, implementing and executing a detailed and structured delivery plan. The TSB Delivery Principal will be one role within the TSB Program Office that will work closely with and support the global, cross-functional Transformation and Services teams in executing the client’s Telecom Transformation Plan by managing the deployment of the products, solutions and services in the most effective manner. This requires a strong cross-functional program structure with extreme focus on risks, escalations and mitigation plans.
The TSB Delivery Principal must demonstrate leadership values, embrace a collaborative working environment, bring together disparate resources and points of views and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. They need to be effective in defining and driving consistent standards, methods and tools across all project teams delivering within the Transformational initiatives.
The TSB Delivery Principal is responsible for the development of a program implementation plan that articulates the role of Dell Technologies, as well as vendors and client resources, in the delivery of the designed solution within the account. They have a thorough understanding of the business objectives of the customers. They review and validate statements of work (SOW). They are responsible for reviewing and overseeing goals and milestones within projects to ensure Dell Technologies commitments to customer and customer business objectives are achieved.
They are involved in the establishment of program governance: Oversee projects in his/her portfolio and leads project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and to satisfaction of the customer and Dell Technologies leadership. They provide support, assistance and guidance to project managers as needed. The Delivery Principal will be responsible for stakeholder communication on the status of the delivery program and managing expectations across the various teams both at the customer and within Dell Technologies.
They oversee delivery quality assurance. They are responsible for review of proposals that address high levels of complexity and risk and address current and evolving client requirements. They will actively contribute to the account planning process.
Develop overall program to ensure successful delivery of a network transformation including products, 3rd party capabilities and services.
Provide guidance and oversee proposal development from a solution delivery perspective

Management of overall transformation outcomes
Manage key issue escalation with Delivery and Account teams
Ensure program benefits are realized
Provide guidance and overall program management to the Client and Dell Technologies’ teams
Responsible for Governance/Steering committee communications including meeting cadence management and executive dashboarding
Efficient allocation and management of costs, resources and scope across the program
Effective management and communication of change in scope or direction

Mastery of Program and Project Delivery methods
Successful track record in complex NW delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year).
Demonstrated mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment; experience in managing regionally distributed groups.
Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively with multiple levels of management across many cross-functional teams.
Internal and external thought leadership.
Previous experience operating in a global environment.
Self-motivated, hands on approach with an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Proactive and collaborative approach to tackling issues and problem solving in a consultative manor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Ability to influence
Willingness and ability travel globally on short notice sometimes with weekend work necessary.
