Presales Solutions Architect ( Senior Analyst )
The Presales Solutions Architect (PSA) role reports to the Custom Services Solutioning (CSS) organization in Dell Technology Services. This role will be responsible for the translating the client’s business requirements into specific custom services solution. The role requires analyzing the customer’s requirements and designs solutions to meet the customer objectives and balances the needs of sales and delivery. The PSA role primarily supports Dell Technologies Japan’s Services Business but extended support to APJ countries may be required.
Participate in the design of low to medium complexity custom services solution
Responsible for supporting more senior level architects in large solution design opportunities
Use Internal Custom Solutioning Tool suite to produce base of estimates and Statement of Work (SOW). Training will be provided.
Prepare, maintain and submit activities/progress and time reports
Maintain document repositories
Maintain and track information required for internal reporting systems
Drive resolution to escalations.
Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years’ experience in a professional role with Bachelor’s degree.
Possess good problem solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with services related processes and technologies
Good understanding and ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. SOW) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning.
Strong verbal and writing communications skills
Proficient in Japanese and English , additional language capabilities will be an advantage
