· Develops and implements social marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, develops social media and community presence, increases marketing effectiveness and improves customer satisfaction.
Executes social media marketing programs such as social networking to create “buzz,” drives traffic and generates sales.
Gathers and translates ideas into profitable, scalable promotional marketing campaigns and promotions.
Manages portfolio of social media accounts and engages with online audiences to promote business on social channels.
Administers social media and community programs
Monitors various social media forums and reports trends to senior level team members management
Identifies ways to improve current processes of work
Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a Master’s degree;
Strong understanding and application of social media and community concepts
Strong analytics capabilities
