Job Title – APJ DTS WSG/DCCS Business Partner

What you’ll achieve

As DTS Business Partner you will be responsible for being the GBO Business Partner for APJ WSG & DCCS driving balanced financial results between Growth, Profitability and Liquidity. You will be aligned directly with WSG & DCCS leadership and will be a key leader of DTS GBO.

You will act as a conduit between Sales and Business Operations and will be required to support Sales leadership in decision making, financial management, data analysis and business planning. You will play a key role as subject matter expert to the Sales team and should position as a trusted advisor to Sales & GBO leadership teams.

You will:

• Be responsible for helping WSG & DCCS leadership drive short and long-term financial performance and leading the successful execution of the company's day-to-day financial operations

• Work closely with Sales on development of account plans and review of account profitability. Develop recovery plans for accounts where performance is below expected levels. Active margin management and control

• Ensure contracts are as close as possible to Dell Technologies standard position or that variances are understood and represent acceptable risk to the business

• Analyze and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods

• Ensure internal controls are in place in the business and that adequate procedures and processes within the organization to maintain a strong control environment. Ensure all relevant information is passed to Accounting to correctly close the books and make appropriate decisions on revenue recognition entries

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis or Pricing

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Sense of urgency, passion, and integrity

• Demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and within cross fun

Desirable Requirements

• Degree qualification in Finance or Business, with enough depth of financial knowledge to effectively advise on complex business arrangements, and to guide the business on controls & compliance
