The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

AA Certification mandatory

Work closely with the Senior Management and Automation Lead for the direction on the automation projects

Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements

Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures as set forth by RPA COE

Ensure documentation is well maintained as per RPA COE standards and direction

Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit and end-user testing

Work collaboratively with business teams during the Bot test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs

Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis Improve skills in automation products by enrolling for automation certification as they come by

Essential Requirements

3 to 5 years of automation experience with a good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (Preferably .Net)

Understands development methodology and lifecycle

Minimum 3 year of experience on RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/ UiPath)

Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented

Possess, good organizational, communication and reporting skills

Desirable Requirements

Prior experience in Automation Anywhere and other forms of automation is an added advantage

Prior experience in Object-Oriented programming is highly preferred

Certification in Robotics
