What you’ll achieve

The main purpose of the EMEA SB RTB Senior Manager role is to manage a team that is responsible for cooperating with Sales Leaders in the optimization of Sales coverage model and other activities leading to delivery annual plan and business & market share growth, to achieve high customer satisfaction levels and to increase efficiency of our processes. You will contribute to the development of market, business model and business plans to capitalize on current/future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies and you will work closely with senior leadership on a wide range of critical issues.

You will:

  • Manage, develop and motivate RTB team of approximately 7 people to ensure the team provides high quality support and inputs to EMEA SB Sales teams

  • Cooperate with Sales Managers on delivery of business goals, sales performance KPIs and return on investments

  • Support EMEA SB Sales Leaders in the optimization of Sales coverage model

  • Provide insight into business performance reporting and course correction actions as required

  • Focus on cross functional collaboration with Sales, GBO, GBS, Marketing and Strategy team in developing SB strategy, 3 years business plan and in driving desired business outcomes and new initiatives. Actively participate on EMEA CSB GBO initiatives and in developing talents in the organization

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 14 + years of solid experience in sales operations, sales strategy or business operations roles in international company (Shared service center or Center of excellence) and master degree in Finance

  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication and presentation skills and outstanding collaborator with global skills

  • Ability to prioritize requirements from multiple sources whilst setting clear expectations of deliverable to all parties and Ability to think strategically and make the decisions

  • Self-starter and Proactive and strong sense of accountability & ownership

  • Knowledge of Dell CSB business models, CSB products and sales processes and tools

Desirable Requirements

  • Team management skills preferred

  • Professional certification such as CPA/CIMA/ACCA is an advantage

Salary starting from: 3 300,- eur brutto
