What you’ll achieve

As a Privacy Analyst, you will be part of the Global Dell Privacy Center of Excellence. The Privacy Analyst manage privacy requests and investigations from customers from all over the world.

You will:

  • Manage suppression mailbox and process opt out and suppression requests received on daily basis

  • Review customer requests and perform suppressions in Preference Management Center (PMC) tool

  • Identify complaints and open investigations

  • Identify trends and provide recommendations on improving customer experience

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Essential Requirements

Strong interest in privacy laws and regulation

Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to details

Knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel (advanced level)

Good English communication skills

Advanced English level

Desirable Requirements

Experience working remote

  • Previous experience in similar ro

Experience writing/running SQL queries

Advanced MS Excel
