What you’ll achieve

The Insider Risk Program Senior Analyst has the responsibility to lead and support projects for the global Insider Risk program at Dell. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting insider risk and other complex investigations as well as a demonstrated history of effectively leading and supporting projects and strategic program implementation within large and complex global enterprises. Beyond subject matter expertise, successful candidates will also possess very strong communication and interorganizational skills.

You will:

  • Lead and support complex, high visibility insider risk projects involving global team members and stakeholders

  • Develop and implement process and enabling technology to support insider risk best practices

  • Participate in insider risk working groups and cross-functional stakeholder meetings

  • Conduct insider risk assessments to provide input on development of program strategy and to support business unit process requirements

  • Develop written reports and presentations and provide verbal briefings to leadership

  • Create training materials and deliver targeted awareness training

  • Perform root cause analysis of investigations and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and future risk mitigation efforts

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. 5 years or more of sustained excellence in insider threat, counterintelligence, investigations, or a related field

  • Results-driven and accountability-minded

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of leading insider threat technologies

Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to engage executive level stakeholders on complex matters

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a larger matrixed organization

  • Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours, and travel as required

  • U.S. citizenship is required in order to meet U.S. federal compliance requirements
