Key Responsibilities

  • A strategic position managing and supporting North America Renewals Go to Market Strategy and Operations business for Enterprise level business customers.Interfaces with Field/Enterprise Sales and Operations, and cross functional supporting organizations to develop and measure goals for Enterprise customers regarding maintenance renewals. Responsible for the development, implementation and follow through on partner goals and annual business plans. Understands Renewals business opportunities within his/her region, providing an overview of Dell EMC Enterprise customer's performance to the Regional Team Leads. Plan and manage programs and/or projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals. May participate in the development of sales and services strategies and identifying and analyzing opportunities within geos, territories, verticals, or accounts to ensure revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction. Supports organization by reporting and analyzing various aspects of sales; including business trends, promotions, product profitability, competitive pricing, forecast attainment, and sales tracking. Identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates and tracks project schedules.

Essential Requirements

  • Develops tools, data, dashboards, and analysis to educate both the renewals team and field sales team on sales programs and to track progress. Drives participation on program awareness. May customize sales enablement collateral as needed. Assists internal reps and partners by developing Renewals Sales education and Sales Management programs. Run QBRs with each on the quarterly forecast, Enterprise opportunity & customer performance. Provide results to the Regional Team Manager and propose optimization and corrective action to increase the productivity of Renewals & Maintenance Renewals Rep. Managing Customer escalations across all Renewal Sales Functions and associated business units. Develop relationships with management of assigned customera and sell the EMC Support Services value proposition ensuring that they are updated with all new EMC/BPP initiatives. Prepare business plan together with customers, in terms of opportunity sales, targets and education.

Desirable Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree•5+ years Inside Sales, Service Sales, or Renewals Sales experience•Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment•Excellent written and oral communication skills•Strong problem solving skills•Proficiency in using enterprise CRM or database applications•Experience in a high growth environment a plus
