We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Program / Project Manager in our Contact Centre Operations team in Glasgow.
Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple global projects within multiple programs in the Contact Centre Operations team.
The role involves working collaboratively, both across the remote Project Management team and with other teams and resources in the Services/CCO Group.
The successful candidate will be governance and standards focussed and will take responsibility for projects including scope, schedule, budget and quality, conducting regular project reviews, updating project documentation, influencing stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and continuous improvement.
Project management experience in a contact centre or technical environment
Experience of managing global projects and acting as part of a remote and matrixed team
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
Highly focussed on governance and standards
We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
