What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Supplier Process Quality Engineer, you will be following Global operation quality strategy, daily close monitor ODM factory quality metrics and drive ODM factory Quality Metrics (FPY/EQM/MWD) to meet target, sustain mass production. You will work with both Internal and external clients on quality management issues.
Regular ODM factory quality audit to ensure ODM factory quality system compliance, process quality compliance, and product quality compliance.
Manage factory excursion (HSR) and Customer escalation, Drive ODM factory issue/finding CLCA with 5C/8D.
ODM process change management, lead cross function team for line qualification QPA audit and Process change audit.
Cooperate with ODM quality team to identify factory process gap and improvement opportunity, and LL/BOB sharing, Setup factory quality strategy to drive for process and product quality continuous improvement with lean, innovation and 6Sigma methodology.
Co-work with ODM quality team to promote quality culture in factory.

Bachelor degree or above, 8 years+ quality management experience in electronics or mechanical industry
Electronics, Mechanics or other engineering major background.
Proficient in Quality audit, 5C, 8D, QC tools, 6 sigma ASQ CQA/CQE and PMP preferred
Excellent spoken and written English preferred
Priori6Sigma/ CQA/CQE /PMP certificate
Good team work and communication skill, international company experienced preferred
