The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, and your team members to create a partnership that Leverage all recruiting channels, including, both traditional and alternative sources
to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Recruitment process will include: sourcing on social media , interviews, references, offer stage and onboarding.
- 6+ years end-to-end recruitment experience in High-tech Companies or High tech Agencies .
Ability to work in Hifa and Herzliya. (base in Herzliya , for 6 months work also in Hifa site) .
- University or college degree.
-Strong sourcing skills – a must
English skills (both written and verbal)
Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Energetic, multi-tasking and passionate person with the ability to own and independently drive forward projects and processes.
