What makes this exciting:
Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements. As you understand their goals and objective, leverage the full Dell technology portfolio to help our mutual customers solve their IT challenges.
Complete ownership for creating and driving strategy of a specific FSI account set
Gain share of wallet/spend across Dell’s portfolio of technology solutions; client solutions, server, storage, networking, software, security and services.
Manage specific large and complex FSI account as part of a broader team. This including development of account strategy, quarterly account planning with the team, deal creation and identification, accurate forecasting. It will be highly critical to engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations and deliver the most robust and appropriate solution.
Provide sales leadership and drive teamwork on large, complex sales opportunities How your experience will help you hit the ground running:[Requirements]
8 + year’s quota carrying experience in a strategic account including successful track record.
Background selling to and through the federal government, federal system integrators or complex corporate accounts.
Experience working in a matrixed, complex, fast-moving and constantly changing sales environments within an extremely competitive market.
Practical understanding of virtualization, big-data, security, data storage, private cloud and hyper-converged solutions, as well as the solution’s value when mapped to an account’s business needs
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
