Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
Responsible for managing small to large projects or specific activities related to projects in a 20,000+ employee organization spanning the Americas within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.
Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews.
Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
Acts as liaison between business stakeholder and IT.
Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting projects/programs.
Works with IT to test and ensure smooth deployment of tools and tool features.
Demonstrated ability to lead small to large projects and project teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and present at senior leadership level.
Ability to manage conflicts and identify risks.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
- Prefer 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 3+ years with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience.
