Global Go-to-Market Programs Consultant

A Global eCommerce Go-to-Market Programs Consultant at Dell Technologies is strategic, creative, innovative, and results oriented. This experience will showcase your ability to evaluate business opportunities, develop integrated plans, and bring them to market to positively impact our customer journey, business sales and profitability. The Global eCommerce Go-to-Market Programs Consultant will act as a team lead and build strong team dynamics, deal with ambiguity, influence up to the highest levels of the organization, and drive for results.

You will:

  • Lead a pipeline of strategic, end-to-end programs that create and exceptional customer experience online.

  • Work globally across Consumer and Small Business focus regions

  • Work with key business partners, and guide cross-functional teams to drive impactful online programs that can scale, are repeatable, and effective in the market

  • Support Sales engagement and enablement. Work with direct and retail Sales teams and Sales operations to ensure alignment

  • Communicate with IT, Marketing and Sales leadership on program status and results in regular cadence. Represent Global eCommerce in key meetings to demonstrate integration, ownership and outcomes

  • Develop recommendations to invest in programs that align to business priorities and evaluate ROIs for all programs with the support from a finance partner

  • Use data and standard methodology to track program performance, provide in-depth analysis, highlight insights to continuously improve program results throughout quarter/year

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or other relevant online or marketing experience

  • Familiarity with Dell.com, Delltechnologies.com, and/or the Premier platform.

  • Well-honed communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with senior leadership

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Able to manage multiple paralleling projects and deliverables. Remain flexible and agile when circumstances require course alteration

  • Strong management skills, exceptional relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment

  • Exceptional project and time management skills; strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize plans based on data and insights
