Dell Sales Rebate Program Manager in Round Rock, Texas

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Rebate Program Manager you'll joining a highly dynamic team. The Sales Rebate Program Manager will be managing end-to-end sales rebate programs for our North America Client Solutions Group and their partnership with Intel. In this role, you'll have high engagement with our Dell Technologies sales team from training to tracking of rebate programs.

You will :

  • Manage end-to-end sales Meet Comp Rebate Program for North America Client Solutions Group, and ensure timely submissions of rebate requests to Intel

  • Engage with Dell Technologies sales teams to ensure meet comp rebate requests are accurately submitted

  • Ongoing training with Dell Technologies sales team to create awareness of the Meet Comp program and how to submit requests

  • Track sales rebate pipeline and quarterly submissions to Dell finance & accounting for booking

  • Keep up-to-date on Dell Technologies server products and components

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience in IT or similar disciplines

  • Knowledge and relevant usage of SFDC, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to convey information clearly and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders

  • Skilled in data organization and interpretation, with a focus on being detail oriented

  • Experience in ensuring flawless execution of programs in conjunction with internal and external partners

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, MBA preferred; or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work remotely across time zones
