What you’ll achieve

As anEngineer on theITService Delivery team,you will provideoperational support to customers and end usersofInfrastructure delivery. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include building software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications:

  • Support Infrastructure Delivery; improve reliability, quality, and time-to-productionofInfrastructure delivery services

  • Measure and optimizethe service, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continuallyimprove

  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for Infrastructure Automationsolutions

  • Be an active member ofdevelopmentteams improvingservices through rigorous testing and releaseprocedures

  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacityplanning

  • Create sustainable systems and services through automation anduplifts

  • Balance feature development speedwith reliability of the service

*Essential Requirements *

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Service Nowexpertise

  • Ability to program with one or more high level languages, such as Python,Powershell, JavaScript, GO

  • Experience with infrastructure technologies inone or more ofthe following component services: Hosting, Cloud, Storage, Backup, BareMetal, Operating Systems, Database, Delivery

  • Ability toleadin a fast-pacedmission-critical teamenvironment

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Must be U.S. Person

*Desirable Requirements *

  • Infrastructure product certifications

  • ITIL V4 Certification

  • Experience working in AgileEnvironment

  • VMvRealizeAutomation / Orchestrator Experience
