What you’ll achieve
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the risk landscape facing many supply chains today and have a good understanding of how to help prioritize and protect against these threats. Candidates must also demonstrate technical skills as it relates to operating and understanding new tools to help support supply chain security. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, work efficiently under minimal supervision, be able to deliver results that meet or exceed expectations, be a strong team player, and actively participate in a fast-paced and challenging global environment.
Support Supply Chain Security Cyber program framework throughout various areas of Dell’s supply chain
Evaluate, prioritize, and remediate third-party cybersecurity risks with respect to their impact on Dell's supply chain, including design and implementation of controls and process changes
Perform security audits for Dell and supplier sites in alignment with security governance program, and create corrective actions for audit findings intended to drive desired outcomes and/or behaviors
Provide technical expertise and advice as needed on multiple areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks
Interpret penetration and other testing results provided by team for findings, vulnerabilities, and other areas of interest

Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred) with 7+ years of professional experience in a technical and/or supply chain role required, with 5+ years of professional experience in a Cybersecurity or security-related role preferred
Detailed technical knowledge and experience with network security, authentication, security protocols, access control, cryptography, application security and data protection
Knowledge of common techniques and tools use for penetration testing of hosts, networks, and applications
Familiarity with leading laws, regulations, standards and best practices including, but not limited to, NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), ISO (International Organization for Standardization, PCI (Payment Card Industry), and other privacy-based regulations
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and 25%-30% international travel expected for this role
Experience in performing audits or site assessments preferred
CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications preferred
