The Business Operations Senior Advisor will lead the development and implementation process of the company’s services enabling success by identifying opportunities, removing barriers, and delivering essential services to our business .
Responsible for business process optimization improvement by ensuring industry standard compliance (ISO), driving change management, managing business performance and investigating through analytics and KPI’s
In charge of the business operations and optimization, including headcount and resource planning, spending and travel budgeting, communication management, operations escalation management, risk and problem management, business continuity as well as business capability development
Facilitates defining, understanding and implementing quality processes and best practices in critical as well as new areas to ensure effective outcomes in terms of performance
Analyzes data on relevant project metrics and trends in audit findings, customer surveys and draws inferences as well as identifies corrective, preventative and improvement action plans to improve overall customer satisfaction
Formulates process framework, implements and ensures conformance/compliance to the organization’s Quality Management System in alignment with corporate/industry standards
Strategizes, plans, facilitates and conducts audits as well as analyzes audit findings, suggests actions to improve quality of services and tracks for closure
Provides quality management consulting to customers and conducts process trainings at management level
Requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience in Project/Program management and Quality Management
Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint
