What you’ll achieve

As a Cross Product Lead in Digital Experience organization you will work with various cross functional product teams to deliver on shared outcomes of delivering best in class customer experience. You will partner with various stakeholders to bring alignment towards shared vision. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.

You will:

  • Proactively identify potential interlock areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies

  • Work with Product Line Leaders to allocate capacity to large initiatives.

  • Align outcome-based roadmaps across multiple product teams to deliver on shared objectives.

  • Identifies and mitigates roadblocks for team across interlocks and areas of complexity

  • Partner with Product Managers on leadership and stakeholder communications on cross-cutting (interlock) teams’ progress, timelines, and roadblocks

  • Align KPIs across various teams that support business value

  • Ensures Product Managers and team members are aligned on key requirements across outcomes (may maintain higher level backlog)

  • Responsible for coordinating dependencies cross-team, making work visible to team members and other stakeholders, and facilitating team’s activities

  • Coordinate work and delivery across teams and functions for areas of high complexity:

  • Coordinate planning meetings across multiple product teams (participants, agenda, cadence)

  • Ensure work/delivery cadence is aligned across teams (e.g. sync up sprint cycles)

Essential Requirements

  • Has strong collaboration, presentation, and consulting skills working with product teams to develop strategies to meet business goals

  • May have deeper than usual technical knowledge for product about how existing systems work. Advocates story priority across product lines & facilitates work between teams. Rolls up outcome attainment, roadmap & learnings across backlogs. ​

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of large complex software systems to assess risk and coordinate timely delivery

  • Demonstrates deep understanding of Agile and DevOps processes and methodologies

  • Ability to coordinate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders in order to clear roadblocks across multiple teams

  • Deep experience (preferred) of Agile and DevSecOps delivery practices

  • Be willing to fail fast and learn

  • 5+ years of related experience in a related professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience​

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of lean startup principles

  • Experience leading experiments

  • Engineering background

  • Strong financial acumen
