What you’ll achieve

As aSr. Advisor, Application and IT Infrastructure Monitoring Serviceson the IT Service Delivery team,you will provide operational support to customers and end users of the Application and IT Infrastructure Monitoring service. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Integrating newapplications and infrastructureinto the monitoring service.

  • Monitoringexistingapplications and infrastructure

  • Overseeingthe resolution ofIncidents/Problems in a timely manner.

  • Establishingnewindustry-wide monitoring best practices and processes

  • Definingpolicies and enterprise standards forapplicationmonitoring

  • Managingthe monitoring serviceproducts and lifecycleprocess.

  • Environment upgrades

  • Troubleshootingand analysis

  • Environment optimization

  • Service NowExpertise

  • Dispatching Expertise

  • Problem and Incident Management Expertise

  • Linuxand Windows Expertise

  • Ability to lead in afast-pacedmission-criticalteamenvironment

  • Expertinhardware, software and/or operating systems environments

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware/software subject matter

  • Organizational Expertise 3+years relevant experience

  • Education desired: Bachelors (Technical)

  • Infrastructure product certifications

  • ITIL V4 Certification
