The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

What you’ll achieve

We are looking for a person that is passionate about Talent Acquisition and University Relations. Those 2 elements will be your passport for a great journey full of learning and development.

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for leading all University Relations initiatives in the country as well as being the recruiter for specific Business Units.

You will work with our Latin America University Relations team, having daily contacts with business hiring leaders, our Global UR team and local universities.

You will:

  • Manage full end to end recruiting cycle of intern and full time positions

  • Manage and lead the Internship and Exchange Programs in the country

  • Be the main point of contact for Mexico Target Universities

  • Source, screen, interview candidates and conduct selective processes

  • Plan and execute virtual events

Essential Requirements

Speak English and Spanish at an advanced fluency level

A minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience

Desirable Requirements

Experience in high volume hiring in the technology industry

Experience hiring at the University levels

Have a proficient knowledge of Excel and Power Point
