What you’ll achieve
As a Privacy Training & Communications Advisor, you will be part of the Global Dell Privacy Center of Excellence designing, preparing and delivering the training and communication campaigns to drive privacy best practices adoption and advocate for best in class privacy customer experiences. In addition, you will champion implementation of better privacy governance and compliance across Dell Technologies. Finally, you will research industry best practices to improve our training and communication assets.
Collaborate with Privacy Stakeholders and Privacy Marketing Leaders to create, update, adapt and improve privacy training material using multiple learning methods.
Produce privacy communications, presentations, documents, articles, infographics, newsletters and video content to create awareness of privacy law and promote best practices.
Capture feedback from stakeholders and team members to improve privacy awareness, processes and training.
Manage the Learning Management System to plan, execute, track and record privacy learning.

Bachelor’s Degree with a focus Human Resources/Learning and Development, Communication, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or the like.
4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Strong understanding of digital consumer, business and technology trends, based on experience from the technology sector, digital media or advertising industry.
Experience designing training content and managing learning management systems (LMS).
Experience working on global ethics & compliance programs is a plus.
5 to 8 years of experience
